Mass Dispel has 15s CD. Save it for Bubble/Ice Block. Regular dispel handles most buffs.

Opening: Get 1-2 burns early while enemy healer is at full mana (they think they're safe)
Mid-game: Burn whenever your partner isn't taking lethal damage
Late-game: Once enemy healer is below 30% mana, they can't keep up. Push for kill.
